Encompassing over 100 packages, the project encompasses a comprehensive suite of technologies, including roasting kiln and calciner kilns, magnetic separation, plate filters, Ammonia Strippers, Boilers, Fabricated tanks , and more. Covalent Lithium - Refinery

The Covalent Lithium refinery will employ a cutting-edge process to transform spodumene concentrate, a mineral extracted in Western Australia, into lithium hydroxide. This process is meticulously designed to minimize environmental impact and incorporate recycled water and waste materials whenever feasible.

The project encompasses a wide array of packages, including: Acid Roast Kiln and Cooler, Calciner and Cooler, Crystallizers, Boiler and Tanks, Dryers, Agitators, filters, valves, pumps, cooling towers, bins & silos, Bagging Station, and many more.
Austenite Pty Ltd has been entrusted by FLUOR, the EPC service provider, to play a pivotal role in the project’s success as an integral part of the Integrated Project Team. Our responsibility lies in overseeing quality control and surveillance across the diverse range of packages, ensuring that each component adheres to the highest industry standards.


Covalent Lithium - Concentrator

Covalent Lithium’s Earl Grey Lithium Project, located in Western Australia, is poised to transform the landscape of lithium production, embracing a cutting-edge process to convert spodumene concentrate

This transformative project encompasses a comprehensive suite of packages, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, ball mills, magnetic separators, thickeners, flotation cells, conveyors, vessels, and many more.

Partnering with EPC service provider FLUOR, Austenite Pty Ltd is played a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Earl Grey Lithium Project. Playing a critical role in the Integrated Project Team, we meticulously monitored the quality control and surveillance of each project component, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards and contributing to the project’s seamless execution.

BHP South Flank - Stockyard machines

The BHP South Flank iron ore project is a major expansion of BHP’s existing iron ore operations in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The project is expected to produce around 80 million tonnes of iron ore a year, which will replace production from the Yandi mine as it nears the end of its economic life.

Austenite Pty Ltd was engaged by Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions during manufacturing if stockyard machines, including a reclaimer and three stackers, critical components of the South Flank project. The machines designed to stockpile iron ore at the mine site and load it onto trains for transport to Port Hedland. Our responsibility lies in overseeing quality control and surveillance of more than 80 packages, ensuring that each component adheres to the highest industry standards.


FMG Iron Bridge - Radial Stacker

The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project was expected to produce 22 million tonnes per annum of high-grade 67% Fe magnetite concentrate product.

Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions was awarded to supply of a radial stacker. The radial stacker will be used to stack secondary crushed magnetite iron ore onto a stockpile at the mine.
